1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?    

If our website says "On our shelves now. We will confirm availability" we probably have it in stock (unless we just sold out).  If it says "Not in stock at store. Will, in most instances, ship from our warehouse in 7-10 days" then it is not on our shelves right now but we can generally have it in stock within a few days of ordering.  Either way, you will receive a second confirmation email from us letting you know if your book is here and ready for pickup or if not in stock, what the expected due date may be.

2. When will my Curbside Pickup order be ready?

Occasionally we sell out before the online inventory is updated or a copy that shows as "On our shelves now" is actually already on hold for someone already.  Either way, we will always send you a follow-up email telling you the status of your order and alerting you when your order is ready for pickup. 


3.  How can I check the status of my order?    

Log in, select "My Account" and "Orders." A list of all orders and their current status is provided.

 

4. Do you buy or sell used books?

No, we do not buy, sell, trade or appraise used books.  There are several good used book stores in town and we would recomend either Dunaway Books or The Book House for your used books needs.
